Performance characteristics

Compared with traditional jaw crushers, C series jaw crushers pay more attention to details in design and manufacturing. Robust structure:

1. The frame is divided into two types: welding type and assembly type: small and medium specifications generally use welding, and large specifications generally use assembly.

2. The welding type jaw crusher adopts the welding method of large arc transition fillet and low stress area, which greatly reduces the stress concentration, ensures the equal strength of the frame in all directions, and has the characteristics of impact resistance, uniform force, and low failure rate.

Superior cavity design, large feed size

Heavy-duty movable jaw assembly is durable

The heavy-duty movable jaw assembly adopts forged heavy-duty eccentric shafts and high-quality heavy-duty rolling bearings. The optimized movable jaw body ensures high impact resistance and stability of the movable jaw assembly; the labyrinth seal and centralized lubrication system ensure the bearing grease is not Contamination and lubrication are more convenient and make it long time running.

Superior Movable Guard Plate

A heavy-duty movable guard plate is installed above the movable jaw to avoid material impact and effectively protect the movable jaw body and its internal bearings from damage.

Integral bearing seat

The integral cast steel bearing seat structure guarantees the complete fit with the frame, which makes the bearing run more smoothly and avoids unnecessary radial load on the bearing during the tightening process of the combined bearing seat.

Convenient and fast adjustment of discharge opening

The C series jaw crusher adopts mechanical or hydraulic method to adjust the discharge opening. Compared with the gasket adjustment method, the double wedge adjustment method is simpler, safer and faster to save downtime.

Integrated motor installation

Vibration damping installation design
