1. Circular vibrating screen is with novel structure, advanced technical parameters, large processing capacity and high screening efficiency.

2. Circular vibrating screen is lubricated by thin oil, which is convenient for maintenance.

3. Circular vibrating screen adopts woven steel wire mesh or punching screen plate, The screen mesh is with long using lifetime and is not easy to be blocked.

4. Circular vibrating screen adopts rubber vibration isolation spring, which has long service life, low noise, and smooth passage through the resonance zone.


Operation & Maintenance:

The vibrating screen should be started when there is no material on the screen surface, and try to avoid starting the machine when there is materials on the screen mesh, and the user can feed materials after the screen machine runs smoothly.

The user should stop feeding material before turn off the machine, then the user can shut down the machine after the screen surface material is processed. During the working process, The user should pay attention the screen operation frequently. If abnormal movement or abnormal noise is appeared, the machine should be shut down in time and find out the problem and solve it .
