ShanFei matches 1 set Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher MSP300 & Multi-Roll Crusher CG0712 and vibrating screen for customer. It is with multi-roll crusher for sand making for good sand effective , the final sand are more cubic shape and less needles and flakes. The machine is with high sand output rate with 60%. also with less power consumption , it is only 1.5KW/ton for power consumption. Less wearing parts consumption makes lower operation cost. The multi-roller crusher is with PLC automatic control system with high automation, the user can adjust the crushing pressure and rollers gap as per the setting parameter in PLC System to reduce the influence of human factors. The machine adapts domestic advanced nitrogen hydraulic station control system to make sure the hard materials (iron, metal, etc.) automatic discharge and protect the machine, improve the bearing and shaft using lifetime. Moreover, The material water content will not affect the machine work to make capacity less, the water content can be 30%. Customer is very satisfied with this kind multi-roll crusher.
